Note: Bread pre-mixes ALL start with a base of around 60% unbleached white bread flour and the remaining 40% are the individual constituents to give it their own unique loaf. They ALL contain bread improver and salt so the only additional ingredients needed are water and yeast.
Oil also can be added should you wish to give a little more moisture to your loaves and extend shelf life.
