Our store is located at Factory 2/32 Access Way, Carrum Downs VIC 3201. and we also offer online shopping for your convenience.

3. Do you offer gluten-free products?
Yes! We have a range of gluten-free options, including our popular Gluten-Free Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix, Gluten Free Bread Mix and a variety of gluten free flours.

4. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. During busy periods like Christmas, we recommend ordering early to avoid delays.

5. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

6. What’s included in the Bread Making Starter Kit?
Our Bread Making Starter Kit includes everything you need to start baking: premium bread mix, yeast, instructions, and a handy bread tin. It makes up to 2 loaves of bread and is a great gift for baking enthusiasts.

7. What is your return policy?
