Refunds: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any products purchased from our store. All sales are final. We encourage customers to thoroughly review their orders before completing the purchase to ensure satisfaction.
Returns: We do not accept returns for any products unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Request a Return: If you need to return a faulty packaging, please contact our customer service team at support@snk.com.au. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Lost or missing orders: Once your order has been handed over to our freight providers it is the responsibility of them to ensure your package is delivered on time and undamaged. Simply No Knead will not be liable for any orders once they have been dispatched from our facility.
