A precisely balanced blend of premium grains — including malted wheat flakes, purple wheat, maize semolina, linseeds, wheat bran, and wholemeal rye flour — this mix delivers exceptional nutritional value, robust flavour, and a beautifully textured crumb.
Perfect for everyday slicing, it's also superb blended with any of our other bread mixes for a custom grain profile. Suitable for bread machines and hand baking alike.
Available in 1kg, 2kg, 5kg, and 12.5kg bulk sizes.
