WHOLE RYE FLOUR is wheat free but not gluten free. Whole Rye Flour makes delicious heavy rye breads. Add some to your next sourdough bread to make a Rye Sourdough Loaf. Rye flour is not recommended for making bread in a bread machine unless you blend it with any of our Untreated White bread flours or bread mixes.
