Embark on the ancient craft of sourdough baking with our resident baker, Eden McClure. In 3 hands-on hours you'll learn what actually matters — and leave with a pre-shaped dough ready to bake the next morning.

• Maintaining your starter (and what makes it thrive vs. die)
• How to feed your starter
• How to mix your dough — by feel, not just by number
• Selecting the best flours for the result you want
• Bake a loaf step-by-step in real time

How class dates work

We run classes on a case-by-case basis — typically once a month — based on demand and availability.

Here's how it works:

1. Purchase your ticket and complete the short form below
2. Once enough ticket holders have matching time preferences, we lock in a date — usually within 7–14 days of your booking
3. We'll email you to confirm the date, time and any final details

• 📍 Location: Simply No Knead, Unit 2/32 Access Way, Carrum Downs, VIC 3201
• ⏱️ Duration: 3 hours (exact start time confirmed once your form is submitted)
• 🅿️ Parking: Free street parking, plenty available
• 🚪 Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early to enrol

Important terms

1. Tickets are non-refundable for no-shows
2. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to class
3. Refunds can only be issued if your ticket is resold before class
4. Classes may be cancelled if numbers are too low — we'll notify you ahead of time and either refund or postpone you to the next available class
5. Please arrive 15 minutes early to enrol
6. Parking is street parking only (plenty of space)
