1. PROMOTER
This raffle is conducted by Simply No Knead Bread Making, ABN 54 670 678 485, located at Factory 2, 32 Access Way, Carrum Downs, Victoria 3201 ("the Promoter").

2. ENTRY PERIOD
- The raffle commences at 10.00am Wednesday 1st October 2025 and closes at 1.00pm Tuesday 28th October 2025 ("Entry Period") unless all tickets are sold out prior to closing date. All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

3. ELIGIBILITY
- Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only
- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible
- Directors, management, and employees of agencies associated with this raffle are ineligible
- Entrants must provide accurate contact details

4. HOW TO ENTER
- Raffle tickets are sold online or in store to the value of $20 per ticket. There are 100 tickets available.
- Entries must be received during the Entry Period
- Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid

5. PRIZES
- Grand Prize: Gozney Arc Pizza Oven RRP: $1199

- Second Prize: Maestro Pizza Kit and SNK Branded Apron RRP $54.95

- Third Prize: Presto Pizza Kit and SNK Branded Apron RRP $24.95

- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash
- Prize winners are responsible for any tax implications

6. DRAW DETAILS
- Draw will take place at Simply No Knead, 2/32 Access Way, Carrum Downs, on Tuesday 28th October 2025 at 5.00pm AEST
- Draw will be conducted by random selection
- Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 business days
- Winners' names will be published on snk.com.au and social media platforms

7. WINNER VERIFICATION
- Winners must provide proof of identity and eligibility when requested
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, or fails to claim their prize, the prize will be forfeited
- A redraw may be conducted if necessary

8. PRIZE DELIVERY
- Prizes will be delivered to Australian addresses only
- Delivery timeframes: Prize will be delivered within 28 days after the raffle is drawn
- The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost, stolen, or damaged in transit
- No responsibility is taken for delays due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control

9. PRIVACY
- Personal information collected will be used for conducting this raffle and may be disclosed to third parties for prize delivery
- Information may be used for future marketing purposes unless entrants opt out

10. LIABILITY
- The Promoter excludes all warranties and liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this raffle
- Participation is at the entrant's own risk
- The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, network congestion, or other factors beyond reasonable control

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process
- The Promoter may modify these terms or cancel the raffle if circumstances require, subject to regulatory approval
- Entrants agree to participate in promotional activities if selected as winners
- These terms are governed by Australian law and the jurisdiction of Australian courts
