Description
A dark brown flour, milled from malted barley, with a wonderful malty flavour and aroma. Malt flour is the secret ingredient artisan bread bakers use to promote a strong rise, great texture, and lovely brown crust. The active enzymes in malt help yeast grow fully and efficiently throughout the fermentation period, yielding a good, strong rise and great oven-spring.

Morning
I recently received a bag of malt flour from you. Although I have made my own bread for 20+ years I had never come across this before. I have now made three loaves using the recommended quarter teaspoon and am amazed at the improvement in the bread quality.
