Ground whole linseeds can be added alone or when combined with soy grits and soy flour in any of your bread recipes will give a wonderful flavour and should be apart of everyones diet. Add ¼ Cup to ½ Cup Kibbled Linseed and ½ Cup of Soy Flour or Soy Grits. Linseeds are high in Omega 3 Fatty Acids. GLUTEN FREE.
