Our hedgehog slice can be baked or cold set with alternating lighter and darker areas. The darker areas are chocolate flavoured. The lighter areas are crushed biscuit. Topping can be made of chocolate icing on which may be sprinkled coconut.

INGREDIENTS:Shortbread biscuits[wheat flour, sugar, vegetable shortening, (salt, emulsifiers{soy lecithin,471, 492}, antioxidants(306, 320),Flavour). Coconut , milk solids, invert syrup, salt, raising agents(450,500, 503)]. Sugar, cocoa powder(8%),dessicated coconut, wheat starch.
