The most important piece of kit in a bakers repertoire is a dough cutter/scraper. 

This tool is widely used across all baking formats for dividing dough, scooping, and cleaning down bench tops ready for the next batch of dough to turn out and shape. 

Ours are made with an oak handle and stainless steel blade and are dishwasher safe.

If you want to be able to divide up dough into small parts for scrolls, pizzas, rolls and more then this is the perfect piece of kit for you. 

Adding additional flours can be optional too if you choose to expand on your Sourdough Baking Skills. Why not add some Rye or even Spelt to really boost your baking!

We now offer pickup from our Carrum Downs Store and warehouse. For urgent orders or to ensure stock availability, please call us. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup and schedule a convenient pickup time for you.
