Description
CROSS MIX…185gm Tub is enough for 4 dozen hot cross buns. You can make more than you need and keep it in the piping bottle for 24 hours in the refrigerator. Add enough water at first to make a stiff dough gradually add more water beating with a fork until you reach a batter mix stage, pour into bottle(if it won’t pour then it needs to be thinned out with just a few drops more of water.
