The loaves:
- Classic Banana Bread. Moist, golden and comforting. The one that started it all.
- Choc Chip Banana Bread. Stir through the chocolate chips for chocolatey goodness in every slice. Made for an afternoon cuppa.
- Walnut Banana Bread. Fold in the walnuts and you've got banana bread, but fancy. A little crunch and a lot of flavour.
What's in the box:
- 1.5kg Banana Bread Mix (makes three loaves)
- 100g Chocolate Chips
- 100g Walnuts
- 340g Loaf tin
- Metal Whisk
- 100ml Cold Pressed Oil
Measure, mix, bake. Got overripe bananas on the bench? Mash one in for an extra banana hit, but the mix bakes a beautiful loaf without them. When the mix runs out, the tin and whisk stay ready for every bake after. Perfect for first-time bakers and a ripper gift.
