Mississippi Mudcake
Ingredients:
400mls water
250grams Melted Butter or 250ml Oil
40g Melted Dark Chocolate / 2 tbs sifted Dutch Cocoa
Method:
1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl.
2. Blend for 3 mins.
3. Pour into a paper lined cake tin (approx. 28cm diameter x 5cm deep)
4. Bake at 170oC for approx. 60-70 minutes
5. Let cool in tin and then place on a cooling rack
