Homemade Pizzas
1kg recipe makes approx. 3-4 large pizza bases for 30cm round Pizza Pan
or approx. 6-8 dinner plate size pizza bases
INGREDIENTS
1Kg SNK Pizza Mix
2tsp SNK Dry Active Yeast
600ml warm water (250ml boiling + 350ml cold)
2 tsp Cold Pressed Sunflower oil
Semolina for dusting
Herb and Garlic Mix authentic tasting pizza

METHOD
- Mix Pizza Mix, yeast, warm water and oil using large metal spoon/ spiral mixer/ dough hook.
- Cover and rest dough for a minimum of 20 minutes after mixing.
- Flour your surface, and divide the dough into required amount of pieces for your pizza bases. Briefly fold the outsides of the dough inward to the middle to create a smooth ball. Cover again and leave to rise for 15-20 minutes.
- Roll out each piece of dough, Sprinkle Semolina on baking tray, pizza tray or stone and place dough on (this will give you a restaurant quality crust.Β
- Allow to rise for 10-15 minutes for deep pan base.
- Complete pizza withΒ your choice of toppings. Sprinkle with herb and garlic mix.
- Bake in hot oven (approx.230*C - 250*C) until cooked.
OR Bake 5-6 minutes in Electric PizzaΒ Oven.
