Hedgehog Slice

Baked Recipe

1kg Hedgehog Mix

100g Butter (melted)

120ml Warm Water

 

Cold Set Recipe

1kg Hedgehog Mix

50g Butter (melted)

100ml Warm Water 

120g Coconut Oil

 

Method:

1. Mix ingredients together with a large metal spoon.
2. Press into Multipurpose Baking Tray (20cm x 30cm) lined with grease proof paper.
3. Use a rolling pin to obtain a smooth surface.
4. For cold set - refrigerate for approximately 1 hour or until set. 
5. For baked - bake at 180*C for 15 minutes. 

Chocolate frosting. 

30gms melted butter       

2 Tbsp boiling water   

approx 1 Cup of soft icing sugar mixture

3-4 tsps Dutch cocoa to taste.

Blend all ingredients together, adjust thickness with extra water or
icing sugar, spread on cold Hedgehog Slice.
