Gluten Free Mudcake

Ingredients

500g SNK Gluten Free Mudcake Mix

60ml Vegetable Oil

250ml water

1-2 tbs dutch cocoa

 

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 160*

2. Blend mudcake mix and cocoa well

3. Add liquid ingredients to dry mixture

4. Mix for 1 minute on low speed using beater. Scrape down bowl

5. Mix for further 4 minutes on low speed.

6. Pour into a 20cm paper lined cake tin and bake for 160*C for approx. 50-70 minutes. 

Cake is cooked thhrough when youo stick a skewer in the centre and comes out clean. 

Allow to cook on a cooling rack. Once cool, decorate with chocolate icing/ frosting.
