Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge Brownies
Ingredients:
500g SNK Gluten-Free Brownie / Mudcake Mix
2 tbs Dutch Cocoa
200ml water
140g walnuts chopped
40g chocolate buttons
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
2. Grease and line an 8" (23cm) square cake tin
3. Place Mudcake mix, cocoa and water into the mixing bowl, blend with beaters until combined. (DO NOT OVER MIX)
4. Add in chopped walnuts and chocolate buttons and fold through
5. Pour ingredients into lined tin and bake for approx. 50 minutes. (The centre should still be gooey.)
6. Once cooked, take out of the oven and leave in the tin till cool, take out and then slice into delicious gooey fudgy brownies.
Sprinkle over icing sugar or drizzle some hot chocolate fudge sauce if you must!
Tip: keep in the fridge so they don't dry out, and reheat in the microwave to serve or eat straight away!!
