Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Ingredients:
500g SNK Gluten-Free Brownie / Mudcake Mix
2 tbs Dutch Cocoa
200ml water
140g walnuts chopped
40g chocolate buttons
Method:
- Place brownie mix, cocoa and water into the mixing bowl, blend with beaters until just combined- do not over mix.
- Add in chopped walnuts and chocolate buttons and fold through
- Pour ingredients into a 23 x 23cm lined tin and bake for approximately 50 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 180°C. The centre should still be slightly gooey.
- Once cooked, take out of the oven and leave in the tin till cool.
Sprinkle over icing sugar or drizzle some hot chocolate fudge sauce if you must!
Tip: keep in the fridge so they don't dry out, and reheat in the microwave to serve or eat straight away!!
