Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Ingredients:

500g SNK Gluten-Free Brownie / Mudcake Mix 

2 tbs Dutch Cocoa

200ml water

140g walnuts chopped

40g chocolate buttons

Method:

  1. Place brownie mix, cocoa and water into the mixing bowl, blend with beaters until just combined- do not over mix.
  2. Add in chopped walnuts and chocolate buttons and fold through
  3. Pour ingredients into a 23 x 23cm lined tin and bake for approximately 50 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 180°C. The centre should still be slightly gooey.
  4. Once cooked, take out of the oven and leave in the tin till cool.

Sprinkle over icing sugar or drizzle some hot chocolate fudge sauce if you must! 

Tip: keep in the fridge so they don't dry out, and reheat in the microwave to serve or eat straight away!!
