Freelac Gluten Free Bread in a Bread Machine
Recipe 1:
Ingredients:
- 500 grams Simply No Knead FREELAC
- 2 teaspoons Simply No Knead Yeast (if tolerated)
- 3 tablespoons Kaipseed Mix (optional)
- 420ml warm water
Method:
- Place the FREELAC, Kaipseed (gluten-free grains), and yeast into the bread machine and stir thoroughly. Then, add the warm water.
- Set the machine onto the “RAPID BAKE” cycle and press start.
- After the machine has begun mixing, use a Baker’s Buddie or plastic scraper to scrape down the excess mix on the sides of the tin. This will ensure thorough mixing.
The loaf will feel very heavy when removed from the pan, but if sliced thinly, it will make a fine-textured bread that stays moist. For those who can tolerate yeast, this addition will give you a taller loaf of bread. If you wish to freeze the bread or add moisture back into the bread, place a slice into the microwave for approximately 10 seconds.
Recipe 2:
Ingredients:
- 700 grams Simply No Knead Freelac
- 2 ½ teaspoons Simply No Knead Yeast (if tolerated)
