Bakers Icing
Description
GLOSSY GLAZE…You can make as much as you wish and it will keep in the refrigerator for months, it can be used to brush across fruit breads and if you decide to make more buns without crosses just brush it on top for a lovely sticky fruit bun. If you add too much water the glaze will be too runny so just add a little more bakers icing until it becomes slightly syrupy. If it is too thick just add a few drops more of boiling water. NB:Recipe comes with each tub.
