This is a very high protein breadmaking flour. Ideal for all your bread recipes including sourdough, sandwich loaves and crusty white bread. The network of gluten cells are so high that you will produce excellent free formed continental style loaves such as Cobs, Viennas and Rolls. You can bake bread using a cold oven to begin with -recipe comes with the package. This flour also makes superb Pasta or Pizza bases too.
