This mix can be made by hand or in a bread machine. Simply add yeast, water and oil. Flour to water ratio is important when using a bread machine- so weigh the mix and measure the water accurately. Add a portion of Dark Rye to any flour or bread mix recipe to provide a lovely rye flavour. Like all bread mixes this already has the salt, natural bread improver added to it the roasted barley malt flour gives this bread mix it’s dark colour.
