500 GRAM LOAF TIN
INGREDIENTS:
330 grams Simply No Knead Gluten Free Mix
330 mls warm water
METHOD:
1. Using an electric mixer on low speed, pour in the warm water and mix, when all the water has been added turn the mixer onto high and mix for a further 4-5 minutes
2. Lightly oil a 500 gram pre-seasoned bread tin
3. Pour out batter, sprinkle with sesame seeds, poppy seeds or Kaipseed mix and allow to rise for 30 minutes, for best results, leave in a warm area.
4. Place the tin in a pre-heated oven at 200*C Electric 180*C Fan Forced 215*C Gas and cook for 30-35 minutes.
700 GRAM LOAF TIN

700 grams Simply No Knead Gluten Free Mix
650 mls warm water
METHOD:
1. Using an electric mixer on low speed, pour in the warm water and mix, when all the water has been added turn the mixer onto high and mix for a further 4-5 minutes
2. Lightly oil a 700 gram pre-seasoned bread tin
3. Pour out batter, sprinkle with sesame seeds, poppy seeds or Kaipseed mix and allow to rise for 30 minutes, for best results, leave in a warm area.
4. Place the tin in a pre-heated oven at 200*C Electric 180*C Fan Forced 215*C Gas and cook for 30-35 minutes.
NB: You can make a variety of flavoured loaves by adding in your own ingredients to make a savoury loaf (mixed herbs, chopped olives), sweet bread (banana bread) or any creation you desire.
