This amount will make 1 pizza and 4 rolls or 3 pizzas or 6 rolls.
You will need a small pre-seasoned cob loaf tin for the pizzas and a set of roll tins for the rolls.

INGREDIENTS:

350 grams Simply No Knead Gluten Free Mix
350 mls warm water

METHOD:

1. Using an electric mixer on low speed, pour in the warm water and mix, when all the water has been added turn the mixer onto high and mix for a further 4-5 minutes
2. Pour 200 grams of the batter into a lightly oiled pre-seasoned cob tin, sprinkle with dried herbs (optional), bake in pre heated oven for 10 minutes (if you like a thicker crust allow to rise for 15-20 minutes before baking after 10 minutes remove from the oven.
3. Spread with tomato paste (try our sundried tomato & olive filling), cover with chopped ham and pineapple and a layer of grated cheese return to the oven for another 20 minutes. You may use any topping on the pizzas that you wish.
4.Divide the remaining batter equally between four lightly oiled roll tins sprinkle with sesame, poppy or kaipseed and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
5. Place the tin in a pre-heated oven at 200*C Electric 180*C Fan Forced 215*C Gas and cook for 25-30 minutes.

Quick’N’Easy Gluten Free Pizzas

You will need a Pizza Maker for this method. Cook your pizza on an electric Pizza Maker (available from Simply No Knead)

Method:

Make batter as above. Pre-heat Pizza Maker 3-5 minutes. Use baking paper as the pizza tray. Spread batter in a round shape on your baking paper (thick or thin it is your choice).
Par cook in pizza maker (1-2 minutes). Remove and place pizza topping of choice.
Return to pizza maker and cook for a further 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
