GLUTEN FREE BREAD IN A BREAD MACHINE
500GRAMS Simply No Knead FREELAC
2 Teaspoons Simply No Knead Yeast (if tolerated)
3 TABLESPOONS Kaipseed Mix(optional)
420ml Warm water.
- Place the FREELAC, Kaipseed(gluten free grains) and yeast into the bread machine and stir thoroughly, then add the warm water.
- Set the machine onto the “RAPID BAKE” cycle and press start.
- After the machine has begun mixing, use a Baker’s Buddie or plastic scraper to scrape down the excess mix on the sides of the tin. This will ensure a thorough mixing.
The loaf will feel very heavy when removed from the pan but if sliced thinly will make a fine textured bread which keeps moist. For those of you who can tolerate yeast, this addition will give you a taller loaf of bread. If you wish to freeze the bread or to add moisture back into the bread, place a slice into the microwave for approximately 10 seconds.
